Our first multifamily project began in 2004. We’ve never looked back.
TuckerCraft builds and renovates multifamily properties across the Southeast. We handle new construction, renovations, and punchout services for apartments, townhouses, and large residential buildings. Our work focuses on quality, clear planning, and strong execution.
Our leadership has years of hands-on experience in construction and project management. We plan work carefully, manage teams efficiently, and keep projects on schedule. This reduces surprises and helps control budgets.
We meet regularly with owners, developers, and property teams to keep everyone informed. We provide progress updates, solve issues early, and keep communication simple. This helps projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Danny Jordan
Partner
Danny Jordan has worked in multifamily construction since 1994. He has completed over 12,000 units, totaling more than $300 million in new construction. He has also overseen the renovation of thousands of apartment units across the Southeast.
Before joining TuckerCraft in 2011, Danny worked with Fortune-Johnson General Contractors, Gables Residential, Lane Company, and J. Tucker Development. He is skilled in operations, estimating, project management, value engineering, and scheduling.
Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is a member of Sigma Lambda Chi, the honor society for construction professionals, and an American Institute of Constructors Certified Professional Constructor. He also holds a multifamily EarthCraft certification and an Unlimited General Contractors License in six states.
In his free time, Danny enjoys boating, watersports, and fishing with family and friends.
Jason Fernandez
Partner
Jason Fernandez has 20 years of experience in multifamily construction. He has worked on more than 10,000 apartment and condominium units. Alongside his partner Danny Jordan, Jason is involved in every TuckerCraft project, providing hands-on, day-to-day oversight.
Before joining TuckerCraft, Jason worked at Wood Partners as a Development Manager. He helped create in-house teams for custom upgrades, quality control, and customer service. He also established a developer services team that upgraded and closed over 4,500 homes across 14 condominium projects nationwide.
Jason has worked with notable clients including Novare Group, Gilbane, Mill Creek Residential, Trammel Crow Residential, North American Properties, City of Refuge, Gables Residential, and many others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and serves as Board Chairman for Rebuilding Together Atlanta.
