TuckerCraft co-owner Danny Jordan has been involved in multifamily construction since 1994, completing more than 12,000 units totaling over $300,000,000 in new construction.  Mr. Jordan has also been responsible for the interior and exterior renovation of thousands of apartment units across the southeast. Prior to joining TuckerCraft in 2011, Danny worked with Fortune-Johnson General Contractors, Gables Residential, Lane Company, and J. Tucker Development. He is experienced in all facets of multifamily construction including operations, estimating, project management, value engineering, and scheduling. Danny holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, is a member of Sigma Lambda Chi (the honor society for construction professionals), and is an American Institute of Constructors Certified Professional Constructor. In addition to holding a multifamily EarthCraft certification Danny has earned his Unlimited General Contractors License in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  In his spare time Danny enjoys boating, watersports, and fishing with family and friends.

Jason Fernandez is a 20 year veteran of the multifamily industry, having worked on more than 10,000 apartment and condominium units. Jason and his partner Danny Jordan, principals of TuckerCraft, are directly involved with each project providing day to day, hands on oversight. Prior to joining Tuckercraft, Jason worked at Wood Partners for 6 years as a development manager. He was instrumental in creating and managing that firm’s in house custom upgrade, quality control, and customer service team. He also established a developer services team credited with upgrading and closing more than 4,500 homes in 14 condominium projects around the country.

Jason is honored to work with notable clients such as Novare Group, Charles Williams real Estate, Gilbane, Mill Creek Residential, Trammel Crow Residential, North American Properties, South City Partners, City of Refuge, Gables Residential, Wood Partners, Homeowners Advantage, Batson Cook Construction, Huie Services, Milestone Group, Catamount Constructors, and many others. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Ohio State University and serves as the board chairman for Rebuilding Together Atlanta.
