Our firm contracted with Tuckercraft Incorporated for the construction of a 26-unit multifamily building included in an existing 354-unit multifamily community located in Norcross, Georgia. The site previously included a building that was completely lost as a result of a fire. As asset manager, I conducted the process that led to the selection of Tuckercraft and worked with them throughout the construction and delivery of the building.

Tuckercraft, specifically Danny Jordan and Chad Wolfe, were extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough throughout the project. In addition to successful execution of the design and construction processes, they also seamlessly navigated the requirements of both the insurance company and lender as the project progressed. All of these tasks were completed while creating minimal distaurbance to the surrounding occupied residences. Finally, Tuckercraft completed the project within the agreed upon budget and schedule.
